Trump praises EPA chief Pruitt under fire for ethics, spending

Ethics rules prohibit officials from using their office for private gain.
The Democrats say Pruitt might have committed crimes.
Pruitt's chief of staff, Ryan Jackson, and former top policy adviser Samantha Dravis are due to appear before the oversight committee's investigators later this month.
"I just know there's a lot of talk of conflicts and we'll see how much the market can bear", he said.
