S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is uncompromising Ukrainian FPS survival horror series set under the shadow of the Chernobyl incident.
Moreover, no platforms have been announced yet either, which means that we'll have to wait and see if S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 will be playable on PC, PS4, Xbox One or if it will release exclusively for PC. It will launch in 2021.
We say "another" because STALKER 2 was actually announced back in 2010, when the studio confirmed it was building the game using a new engine.
Websites are easy to fake, but the GSC Game World Facebook page contains a link to the site, as does the GSC website, which also states explicitly that "currently [the] company is developing Stalker 2".

The Russos also teased the closest thing they had for " Avengers 4's " official title under the working name " Avengers Forever ". As mentioned before, the characters they used to build up to this point brought more attention to Disney and a lot of money.
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 has had a tumultuous development cycle, previously being announced and then later cancelled in 2011. This means that the game probably wont be out for another few years.
The context of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster, which occurred on April 26, 1986, is quite interesting as a theme for all types of works.
In 2012, there was confusion over who owned the rights to the franchise, with Call of Pripyat publisher BitComposer Games claiming it had acquired the game's licence after buying the rights to the novella on which the game is based - Roadside Picnic by Boris and Arkady Strugatsky.
