Orphaned Jewish survivor of Mumbai terror, 12, visits site of attack

Addressing the media here earlier, Rabbi Israel Kozlovsky, Director of Chabad-run Jewish center at Nariman House had said that Moshe will be accompanying Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on January 18 for the inauguration of a memorial project dedicated to those killed in the 26/11 carnage.
"We are very excited for the upcoming visit of Baby Moshe, who is not anymore a baby".
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will attend a memorial ceremony on Thursday in Mumabia for the victims of a Novemeber 2008 terror attack on a Jewish community center.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi met Moshe and his grandparents during a visit to Israel in July 2017 and told him that he could visit India anytime.
The visit comes nearly six months after the young boy met Prime Minister Narendra Modi on July 5, 2017, and expressed a desire to visit the country.
Fed bhindi and rajma as a baby in India, the boy still loves Indian snacks, especially Idlis and Dosas, and chilli in his food.
Moshe is accompanied by his nanny Sandra Samuel, who ran out with him to safety as terrorists took control of the Chabad House during the attacks.
Moshe now lives in Afula, Israel, with his grandparents and goes to a yeshiva (religious school).
Rosenberg has requested the Indian ambassador to Israel that Nariman House be registered as belonging to Moshe. "I hope I will be able to visit Mumbai and when I get older, live there".
Moshe Holtzberg, who survived the 26/11 siege at Nariman House, but lost his parents in it, returned to his former house on Tuesday afternoon, for the first time since their death.
Moshe is reportedly keen to see Chabad House and wants to visit Gateway of India as well. Moshe has come to India this time and will be present on January 17 with the Israeli PM in Mumbai.
The plaque will now serve as the cornerstone for the Living Memorial.
