Millie Bobby Brown to star in 'Enola Holmes Mysteries' film series

Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown is to produce and feature in a new film franchise based a series of Young Adult detective novels, Deadline Hollywood reports.

With the Sherlock Holmes property getting more attention in the recent years, I can imagine a lot of people would be curious as to what The Enola Holmes Mysteries have in store.

Brown is continuing her relationship with Legendary as she recently completed a starring role in the Michael Dougherty-directed Godzilla sequel for Legendary and Warner Bros. Two of the books, The Case of the Missing Marquess, and The Case of the Cryptic Crinoline, were nominated for the Edgar Awards in 2007 and 2010 respectively.

And, as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention notes, infants under the age of 6 months should also pass on the shot. That means flu has spread among patients and staff shutting down an entire floor to new admissions.

Brown, of course, broke through with her role as Eleven on Netflix's Stranger Things, but she's fast establishing a big screen career for herself as well. The 13-year-old will not only star as Enola Holmes-precocious, mystery-solving little sister to Sherlock Holmes-but also produce through her PCMA Productions banner. total, there are six books in the Enola Holmes series, so *fingers crossed* we can expect several Millie Bobby Brown mystery movies in the upcoming years. There's no word on a director or release date at the moment, but we'll keep you updated with more info as it comes in.
