Himachal Congress MLA Asha Kumari slaps woman constable, gets slapped back

An Indian Congress legislator in Himachal Pradesh on Thursday hit a woman constable after she was stopped from entering the party office in Shimla and was slapped back by the police official. "I am of her mother's age and I should not have lost my cool". However, the matter did not end there as the woman constable also slapped the Congress MLA.
Later in the day, during an address post the meeting Gandhi said, "I am not happy at it".
Kumari blamed mismanagement for the incident and accused the constable of misbehaving with her.
In a shocking video that is doing round on social media, a Congress MLA from Dalhousie Asha Kumari got into an altercation with a female police constable. She was allegedly denied entry by the police in Rahul Gandhi's review meeting in Shimla, reports ANI. No one has a right to raise the hand against someone, at least not the Congress culture. "So far I have not made any complaints", she said.

Kumari won from the Dalhousie constituency in the election.
