And speaking of iOS 11.2, AppleInsider reports that users have begun having problems with Global Positioning System accuracy on the iPhone 8 and iPhone X, but a fix appears imminent in iOS 11.2. Although the problem is not present on all iPhone X units, Apple confirmed it will address it with an upcoming software update. I try swiping on websites and it doesn't register my finger. What are your thoughts on the iPhone X's unresponsive screen in cold weather? Apple has now acknowledged the issue and promised a software update for iPhone X users.
According to the post on Reddit, the user states that it takes only a couple seconds for the screen to become unresponsive when going from a warmer to a colder climate.
Apple has issued a statement to Loop In Sight that says it has already heard the reports of the issue, but that it's often the case that the screen unresponsiveness stops on its own after a few moments. It also introduced new emoji, reintroduced a deprecated touch gesture that users wanted back, and addressed numerous other bugs and issues with Photos, notifications, and more. All we know is some iPhone X units become unresponsive seconds after changing ambient temperature, which is unacceptable given that winter is coming.

Earlier, the United States president took to Twitter to decry the attack, saying "we must not allow ISIS to return". A law enforcement official identified the driver as 29-year-old Sayfullo Habibullaevic Saipov.
Others claimed that iOS device screens could become unresponsive outside Apple's recommended temperature range of 0 to 63 degrees Celsius. Apple notes that "Low or high-temperature conditions might cause the device to change its behavior to regulate its temperature".
To update your phone with the new software, you must first connect your device to a WiFi network.
Just yesterday, the firm rolled out another update for iOS 11, following complaints of a weird autocorrect issue that change the letter "i" to an A with a [?] symbol.
