Kid Rock Will Make Tour Stop In Louisville

It turns out Kid Rock's bid to be a USA senator was part of a publicity stunt for his next album.

Kid Rock said on Howard Stern's Sirius XM radio show that he plans on releasing a new album and mocked those who took the idea of a Senate run seriously, the Detroit Free Press reported. "Are you f-king sh--ng me?"

"Who couldn't figure that out?" Members of Kid Rock's fan club can purchase tickets starting at 10 a.m. October 31 and fans who pre-order the album at www.kidrock.com will be eligible for a pre-sale beginning at 10 a.m. November 1.

His announcement also included news that he plans to release a new album, "Sweet Southern Sugar", on November 3. I'm going on tour too.

Kid Rock also announced on The Howard Stern Show a new, 2018 tour that will kick off January 19 in Nashville before wrapping up March 24 in Las Vegas.

How And When To Watch Orionid Meteor Shower 2017 This Weekend
Cooke told Space.com that, depending on the year, there can be a peak of anywhere between 20 to 80 meteors in a single hour. You'll also need to be alert, with the shooting stars zipping across the sky at an incredible 148,000 miles an hour.

For months, the MI rocker has teased a Senate run and made his political stumping a cornerstone of his current live show.

Rock, in terms so vulgar as to be absurd, added he might run in the future "if the left wing keeps f-ing with me". At least one poll from the summer showed Kid Rock leading Stabenow in a hypothetical 2018 Senate race in MI. Also fans who pre-order the record through Kid Rock's site can register for a pre-sale.

But the potential Senate bid was a stunt.

Rock said the summer and fall con was "the most creative thing I've ever done".

"Let's roll with it for a little while", he said on Tuesday, recalling his decision to feed the chatter. "And I've gotten to see everyone's true colors".
