Kanye West And Jay Z Messy Feud Explodes Over Tidal Deal!

Kanye accused Tidal of failing to give him a bonus for the Saint Pablo album, which was a huge success and helped Tidal get no less than 1.5 million new subscribers.

It has since emerged that Kanye had demanded upwards of $3million from TIDAL in compensation for new subscribers that he brought to the service through the release of The Life of Pablo and music videos for singles from that album. West also claims Tidal has not paid him for music video sales.

Our sources say a month ago Kanye's lawyer sent a letter to Tidal, saying the company was in breach and the contract was terminated.Over the next 2 weeks lawyers for both sides tried to resolve the conflict but failed. TMZ also reported Tidal sent a letter to West threatening a lawsuit if he attempts to join another streaming music service.

According to TMZ, who got the low down from sources directly connected to Tidal, Kanye wants out of the company that JAY-Z owns because of a money dispute.

Kanye West is also reportedly prepared to sue Tidal for not paying the rapper for the massive uptick in new subscribers following the release of The Life of Pablo past year.
