Lenovo-backed Motorola appears to be preparing for the launch of its next budget-smartphone - the Moto E4.

This model features 3GB of RAM and 32GB of built-in storage (versus the unlocked model that has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of built-in storage and launches later this year), but otherwise it has the same specifications and features as the standard Moto Z2 Play. The Moto M connectivity suite includes Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v4.1, GPS/ A-GPS, 4G VoLTE (with support for Indian LTE bands), USB Type-C (USB 3.1), and a 3.5mm audio jack. However, it should happen after the Moto X Play update and it is likely to receive the Android 7.1.1 Nougat version and not the Android 7.0.

However, it is not known when the Moto X Force devices in Australia and New Zealand will start getting the firmware. It revealed that the smartphone will come with a model number XTI650 and will be powered by Snapdragon 835 SoC, run on latest Android Nougat operating system, that's exactly what the new GFXBench listing also revealed. Motorola considers its Moto Z series as a premium series smartphone.
