Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga's Much-Deserved Remake Officially Announced

We haven't gotten to step foot into the quirky Beanbean Kingdom since Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga released on the GameBoy Advance back in 2003.

Superstar Saga + Bowser's Minions players will travel to the Beanbean Kingdom on their rather unusual quest. It's touching down on 3DS on October 6. Bowser's Minions, Treehouse confirmed, is an entirely new, nearly full-length campaign that players will also be able to get their hands on. It's a new mode that will focus on Captain Goomba rallying troops to save Bowser.

Hidden in the folds of its E3 Treehouse stream, Nintendo announced a semi-new game in the Mario & Luigi series for 3DS.

This looks like a fantastic way to experience one of the most underrated Mario games ever made.

Countries and groups commit to halt ocean degradation
According to the United Nations secretary-general, there are more than 270 basins in the world at global borders, a panorama that increases the need for cooperation.

On top of the original RPG, you can also play a side story where you take on the role of various Captains as you lead your army of Bowser's minions in an effort to rescue your scaly master.

This remake looks remarkably similar to the original title in terms of general design, but Nintendo has widely made a decision to update the game's original visuals without severely altering its timeless pixel art style.

And of course, there are new Amiibos: Koopa Troopa and Goomba. The amiibo, and the game, are scheduled to launch separately on October 6.
