Spicer: Trump's Tweets Are 'Official' Statements

Doesn't he know who signs his wife's paychecks? He did this in a series of Tweets that are making headlines today.

"Well, the president is the president of the United States, so they're considered official statements by the president of the United States".

Sessions remains at the Justice Department, where a spokeswoman told CNN that he is not stepping down.

Yet, yesterday, two spokespersons minimized the importance of the President's tweets. The former withdrew his name from consideration for a Department of Justice post last week.

The sun was still rising Monday when Trump upended best-laid plans with a blitz of provocative statements delivered via Twitter. It's not policy. It's not policy, it's not an executive order.

"I think the same people who are critiquing his use of it now, critiqued it during the election and it turned out pretty well for him then".

What the White House is trying to do here is have things both ways. "The pt can not be stressed enough that tweets on legal matters seriously undermine Admin agenda and POTUS-and those who support him, as I do, need to reinforce that pt and not be shy about it".

Earlier, Spicer also defended the content of Trump's messages on Twitter, pointing out their effectiveness during the 2016 campaign.

Trump's previous comments and tweets about the ban have already been used against the lawyers arguing on his behalf.

The Eagles have never won at Old Trafford in the Premier League and despite the team sheets, might not find it so easy. I think for the kids it will be a big occasion, it will always be good experience for them.

This puts aides in a tough position. "That includes the travel ban that Conway warns Trump is undercutting his own actions". That award goes to New York Rep. Chris Colllins during an interview on CNN's "New Day".

On the one hand, they insist Trump will never stop tweeting because it's his way of communicating directly with his supporters without the media filter. Many found it odd that George Conway would do this when his wife is considered Trump's right-hand person. "MSM is working hard to sell it!"

The bot, Neiss said, is simply "taking the president's words and giving them the honor that they deserve".

Trump's Twitter comments on his travel ban could play a role as his administration appeals adverse court rulings to the Supreme Court. As the Twitter user Ursula Moon below suggests, maybe Kellyanne and her family should start packing? "If you want to reach out to someone, you can reach out to someone".

Operating under the handle Real Press Sec., the bot will automatically populate tweets from the president by scraping his Twitter feed every five minutes.

Also criticizing the president was George Conway, the husband of counselor to the president Kellyanne Conway.

"Where is Sean?" reporter April Ryan asked Sanders at the briefing.

Asked about it later in the day, principal deputy White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders told reporters, "The president isn't concerned with what you call it". He could come out swinging or ignore this altogether.
