One of the most important questions in the 2017 National Football League draft is whether the Cleveland Browns should pick quarterback Mitchell Trubisky with the No. 1 overall selection. It's like the Ron Wolf theory - when the (Packers) had Brett Favre, they kept drafting QBs - they'd draft one every year - Matt Hasslebeck, Aaron Brooks, Mark Brunell, Ty Detmer - they flipped all those guys for draft picks.
Many will question the amount of time Trubisky has played in the college ranks at this stage and think he needs more time on the field. It's much easier to talk about making that move than it is to actually make the move.
The Bears hold the No. 3 spot and would be the least of these three teams to likely want a quarterback in the first round. Sure, there's a lot of wheeling and dealing once you hit the second and third days from generally everyone, but this is more about Chicago going for home runs.
On the surface, it would seem like the Buffalo Bills are content with their quarterback situation after they worked out a new deal with Tyrod Taylor. San Francisco is said to be "open to the idea of moving down from no. 2" to get additional draft picks.
Cleveland at 12, if the Browns take Garrett number one (most likely scenario) and want to use their treasure trove of picks (12, 33, 52, 65, 108 this year, with a first- and three second-round picks next year) to move up from 12 to, say, 2, to ensure getting the quarterback they want. Or the 49ers could complete a deal with one of those few aggressive teams and potentially ruin all of the Bears' chances.
ISIL leaders killed in Iraq's W. Mosul: Army source

Are the Cleveland Browns going to draft Mitch Trubisky and make him the hometown hero?
There is a possibility that the Browns could end up with both Garrett and Trubisky.
The smoke surrounding the Buffalo Bills and the quarterbacks in the 2017 NFL Draft continues to swirl.
