On visit with Steelers, Davon House signs with Packers

The play was a carry by the former receiver, who took a handoff from running back Jerick McKinnon out of the Wildcat formation. Now he's visiting the Vikings on Monday, according to a report by NFL Media.

The Journal Sentinel says the Packers and House agreed to a one year, $3.5 million deal. The Seahawks have since formally announced the signing, but not the exact details of the contract. In his third year with the Packers, the one time offensive rookie of the year finished with 758 yards and three touchdowns.

House was a fourth-round draft pick by the Packers in 2011 and played his first four seasons there before signing with Jacksonville in 2015.

He started all 16 games for Jacksonville but only four games past year, though he appeared in every game.

ESPN's Rob Demovsky first reported House was signing a one-year deal with the Packers. Last season, he played in 15 games and compiled 17 tackles and a sack. He struggled to repeat that performance last season, only starting four games without recording an interception. The team does not release the exact details of the contracts.
