How far could Sidney Jones fall after injury?

Should Jones' injury be as significant as local reports say they are, he could potentially miss his entire rookie season.

Jones, ranked among the top cornerback prospects in the draft, was injured on the last drill of the day, multiple media outlets reported.

Up to five inches of snow possible Friday
Saturday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 29. "It will drop into the teens overnight Friday (into Saturday )", Meola said. The Wareham area has been placed under a winter storm watch by the National Weather Service for much of Friday .

University of Washington cornerback Sidney Jones, a projected first-round pick and the No. 22 overall rated player on NFLDraftScout.com's board, suffered a lower left leg injury during his pro day workout Saturday and had to be carted out of the Huskies' Dempsey Center. Hopefully this is one of those injuries that looks worse than it really is. He has widely been expected to be taken in the first round and is the top-rated prospect among the Huskies' three talented defensive backs in the draft, which also includes safety Budda Baker and fellow cornerback Kevin King. The last drill, last thing you've got to do, and that happens. Over 39 games in his career with the Huskies, the rangy defensive back tallied nine interceptions and 30 passes defended. Ross, who broke the National Football League combine record with a 4.22-second 40-yard dash, only participated in position drills, running routes and catching passes from former Skyline High quarterback Jake Heaps.

"I just want to come out and finish", Ross said.
