Starbucks reveals spring themed cups

While the cups will be here just in time for Easter, don't get it twisted that they are being released as Easter cups.

When you hit Starbucks this spring for your morning coffee, prepare to see different cups.

The new cups are pastel with large white dots in the middle.

The pastel-colored cups, which come in blue, yellow and green, arrive at participating stores on March 16 in the United States and Canada for a limited time.

It's a sign that's especially welcome in Seattle, where the coffee giant is headquartered: The city received almost record-breaking rainfall this winter, with 8.79 inches last month alone.

New England Patriots Acquire Defensive End Kony Ealy from Panthers
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter , New England has acquired defensive end Kony Ealy from the Carolina Panthers. The 6-foot-4, 274-pound Ealy has played in the National Football League for three years, all with Carolina.

"After the gray days of winter, there's nothing quite like those first few bursts of color that indicate the arrival of springtime", the company added in a statement.

Sadly, the coffee containers won't be around for very long as they are debuting on March 16 and going away a few days later. Depending on the size, you could even get a cheeky, hand-drawn doodle on yours too.

Cheer up! Spring is on its way. The coffee giant revealed three pastel colored cups in honor of the warmer weather coming our way.

Starbucks first released seasonal cups more than 20 years ago with its first holiday cup. Over the years, Starbucks has also served cups celebrating fall and summer.
