9 injured in explosion on Bhopal-Ujjain express in Madhya Pradesh

Explosion in 59320 Bhopal-Ujjain passenger train.
Nine people have reportedly been injured after an explosion took place inside the general coach of the Bhopal-Ujjain passenger train between the Jabri and Kalapipal railway stations situated near Shujalpur in Madhya Pradesh around 9.50 am on Tuesday. "Two others are being treated at Kalapipal town in Shajapur district", he added. Following the blast, the train came to a halt.
A joint team of the local police, Government Railway Police and Rapid Police Force is investigating the matter.

The injured passengers were identified as - Bharti Yadav (18), Athar Hussain (55), Jiya Kushwaha (27), Pushpa Kushwaha (39), Neha Yadav (17), Babulal Malviya (45), Wasim (25) and Amrit Sahu (40), the PRO said.
