An 18-year-old mother was arrested after she bragged about taping her toddler to the wall in a shocking Facebook live video.
Rudolph was charged with third-degree felony abduction.
The child was taken into the custody of Franklin County Children's Services and was expected to be placed with family members, Wright said.
Rudolph then explains to her audience that she taped her child to the wall in order to clean the house.
She later tells her son: 'Don't make me put more tape up there. She orders him to sit still and tells him that he can watch TV from there so he'll be fine. It is believed the child was left taped to the wall for at least 15 minutes.
"You can't clean with them running around tearing up?" The child's mouth was covered with clear packing tape and his little body was taped to a wall in Rudolph's home.
'You can't cook or none of that because they running around?
