Warriors look to avoid going 0-2 to the Grizzlies

According to ESPN Stats & Info, The Grizzlies became the first team to overcome a 19-point fourth-quarter deficit to win since the Indiana Pacers beat the Cleveland Cavaliers on April 9, 2013.

Mike Conley nailed a clutch jump shot with seven seconds left in regulation to tie the score for the Grizzlies who were also down by 18 points with 7:47 left in the fourth.

The back-to-back MVP started out on fire, scoring 17 first quarter points, half of the team's output in the period, while Klay Thompson added 12 as the Warriors built a 15-point lead midway through the second frame.

The loss was the first in 165 games for the Warriors when leading by more than 24-plus points. Trail Blazers - our offense in the fourth quarter was atrocious. Had Thompson been unavailable Friday, head coach Steve Kerr said he planned to start rookie Patrick McCaw in Thompson's place. The Warriors loss snaps a 662-game winning streak for National Basketball Association teams holding a lead of at least 19 points entering the fourth. In position to give themselves a two-possession lead and likely salvage a victory, Draymond Green reacted with frustration when Kevin Durant demanded the ball from Stephen Curry, and Curry relented.

Entering first CFB Playoff appearance, Huskies look to shed under-dawg perceptions
Washington (12-1) earned the Pac-12's crown and the committee rewarded the Huskies with the No. 4 seed. Turnovers: Washington has a plus-21 turnover ratio (leads the nation) as it has 33 takeaways.

"I'm actually happy we lost today", Green said, via the San Francisco Chronicle.

Head coach Steve Kerr said the team's body language language was bad and that the fourth quarter was awful. Trying to win every regular season game, it really don't matter.

"I'm watching TV promoting Wednesday's game, Portland at Golden State and then tonight's game Memphis at Golden State and the commercial says 'Who's it gonna be: Dray. So, I'm kind of thrilled that we lost". The spread seems a little hefty, but the Warriors are a dominant 9-1 ATS in the last 10 meetings and I think that trend continues in this one. "But we have to close games better and execute better offensively". The Warriors went cold at the wrong time, and Memphis couldn't miss.
